East Phillips neighborhood in Minneapolis Minnesota has been plagued with environmental hazards and pollution for the past several decades and the City of Minneapolis wants to put more polluting infrastructure in. East Phillips Neighborhood Institute wants to put in an indoor farm and local business instead. I made this postcard for East Phillips Neighborhood Institute, so people in the community could send it city council members to help in the fight against pollution.
